 With over 19 year experiences in accounting and audit profession, Darith has a wide range of professional experiences in Telecom Industry, Hospitality, Large Corporates, State-owned enterprises, Manufacturing, Tour Agents and Airlines, INGOs and Projects funded by USAID, EU, WB, Global Fund and AFD.

His expertise includes strategic financial management, internal and external audits, Risk Management, business process improvements, internal controls, Financial Reporting, CIFRSs, CIFRSs for SMEs and Cambodian Tax Laws.

 Darith provide oversight on audit and advisory strategies for audit and advisory engagements. On top of ensuring quality and timely professional services to clients, his focus is on building qualified professional accountants with competencies, disciplines and ethics.

With over 15 year experiences in accounting profession, Sothy has a wide range of experiences in commercial entities, Telecom Industry, Hospitality, state-owned enterprises and SMEs. Her expertise include financial management, accounting and bookkeeping, payroll and taxation, financial reports preparation, budget preparation and computerised accounting systems.

Sothy has insight of Local and regional knowledge and experiences of financial management, financial reporting and CIFRS/CIFRS for SMEs with regional experiences, Cambodia, Laos and Viet Nam.

MEALY VANH, CPA/ACCA Candidate

Director, Audit and Assurance

With over 16 year experiences in audit profession holding most senior positions with for the big 6 firm, Mealy has variety of professional audit experiences in financial service, hospitality, real estate, property development, manufacturing, construction, exploration and mining, health care, energy and power, trading, education, NGOs and Projects funded by Royal Government of Cambodia, USAID, IFAD, WB, ADB, Global Fund, UNICEF and AusAID.

Her expertise includes Cambodia International Standards on Auditing (CISAs), financial reporting and CIFRSs/CIFRS for SMEs.

Mealy has been involved in significant number of audit assignments in Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. She is ultimately responsible for audit strategies, performance of audits and ensure audit quality in compliance with CISAs.
